Pine Tar
Pine tar has long been used for its medicinal benefits in the treatment of skin and scalp conditions. It has antibacterial and anti-fungal qualities making it useful to soothe and treat symptoms of poison ivy, sumac, eczema, psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis, jock itch and athletes foot. It also relieves itching caused by bug bites and is great for treating inflammation and itching of the scalp due to dandruff, scalp eczema, and other scalp irritations.
Pine Tar has a strong scent, often described as camphorous and woodsy. This bar can be used on the face and body to remove toxins and impurities.
All our products are handmade in small batches and cut by hand. There may be variations in color and sizing. The dimensions of the bar are roughly 3" x 2" x 1" and weigh in at approximately 4 oz.
Ingredients: olive oil, coconut oil, distilled water, sodium hydroxide*, pine tar, shea butter, castor oil, avocado oil
